Cancellation Policy  

At Dazoria, managed by Velori Nest Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless accessories shopping journey. The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Velori Nest Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our customers. We acknowledge that sometimes order decisions may change, and for such cases, we have the following cancellation rules: 

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch  

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.    

     
  • To request cancellation, please email our customer support team.    

     
  • If eligible, a complete refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.    

     

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, raise a return request after delivery in line with our Return & Refund Policy.    

Order Modification  

We currently do not allow modifications to placed orders such as changing items or addresses. In such cases, you need to cancel (if eligible) and place a fresh order.
