Shipping and Delivery Policy

In this document, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Velori Nest Private Limited, and “you,” “your,” or “user” represent our valued customers. By confirming an order, you agree to the details set out in this Shipping and Delivery Policy. 

Shipping Locations  

We currently ship orders across all serviceable pin codes in India. At present, international delivery is not available.   

Processing Timeline  

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after confirmation. Once processed, a confirmation email with complete details will be sent.   

Estimated Delivery Period  

Our standard delivery timeframe ranges between 3–8 business days, allowing you to receive your accessories conveniently and without delays.   

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery fails due to an inaccurate address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request a fresh delivery attempt.   

Damaged or Missing Packages  

If your order arrives damaged, please notify our support team within 48 hours with photographic evidence.   
In case of lost shipments during transit, we will verify with the courier partner and arrange for a replacement or refund.
